CAT FRIENDLY

Our cat patients have very specific needs so we’ve designed cat only wards at each site which has greatly reduced stress levels during hospitalisation.  This features:

• a generously sized kennel space
• comfortable, soft bedding and sack beds, igloos or high sided boxes to hide in
• classical music to listen to as it’s been proven relaxing for cats
• air conditioning
• ample pheromone scent

THINKING OF YOU

We understand visiting the vets can be stressful and daunting for our clients. So we have designed relaxing and comfortable waiting areas. Our recently refurbished practices at Storrington, Ashington and Westergate have the following facilities:

• a free to use Nespresso coffee machine
• a Sonos speaker system for radio lovers
• the latest Smart TV
• vibrant modern and traditional photography on the walls

The attention to detail is unique within a vet practice and demonstrates our commitment to our clients as well as their pets.

HOSPITALISATION

Recent investment in our new hospital has ensured we now have  vets and nurses on hand 24/7, so they can provide continuous care for our patients overnight if necessary. Our expansion at Storrington, Westergate and Pulborough now means we have a dedicated rest room for the team along with a kitchen, shower room and bedroom.
