Our monthly offers are available exclusively to our clients

March and April offer

Tick season is fast approaching and with the recent emergence of the tick borne disease Babesiosis, along with the continued risk of Lyme’s disease, we would like to offer our clients a discount on preventative treatment.

The most cost effective way to prevent tick infestation on your pet is to use a Seresto collar in conjunction with Advocate. Seresto collars prevent the ticks attaching therefore greatly reducing the chance of your dog being affected.

During the months of March through to September  you will receive 25% off the cost of a Seresto collar when purchasing a 6 month supply of Advoctae.

We would like to make you aware that these are prescription only products, therefore we need to have seen your pet within the last 6 months or administered their vaccination in the last 12 months for you to be eligible for this offer.

As part of this offer you are invited to attend a complimentary consultation with the nurse to discuss your pet’s parasite prevention.

For further information, please contact the team at any of our surgeries.

The microchip laws are changing

From the April 6th 2016 it is a legal requirement for all dogs to be microchipped.

Owners will need to ensure the following –
· That their dog is microchipped and registered on one of the authorised commercial databases
· That they register the details of any new owner before they sell or give the dog away
· That they keep their contact details up to date on the databases

Although having your dog microchipped is uncomplicated, we regularly encounter problems where owners fail to ensure their details are up to date. We offer a free microchip check at any of our surgeries. Once the microchip has been checked, we can provide you with the relevant contact information to update your details.
